Bulmash Real Estate Advisors, LLC (BREA) consults for lenders, owners, developers, institutions, acquisition funds and municipalities on mixed-use, retail, residential and office projects. Mark Bulmash, the founder and CEO of BREA, established the firm to provide services ranging from strategic advice to full-service turn-key development. Over the course of his 24-year career, his teams have developed over 5.7 million square feet in new developments and redevelopment of existing properties at a cost of $1.37 billion. His teams have obtained $172 million in public subsidies. He has worked in asset management, leasing, market research, financial analysis, construction and development.
